Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, close to transport links, but there were some intimidating groups of men around. The rooms were small and hot, not as soundproofed as advertised, but I found the hotel personnel to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. The dining options were good but limited, and the hotel had a few facilities that made my stay more comfortable.
The hotel is conveniently located, only a short walk from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est. The rooms are basic but clean, with a very clean bathroom, however, some mold on the ceiling was a downside. The service was cooperative but not always friendly or efficient, and the location is perfect for travelers using the nearby train stations. The dining experience was not included but seemed pricey for what was offered.
I found the hotel to be a mixed experience. The room we stayed in was clean and surprisingly spacious for European standards, but it did feel a bit old. The service was friendly and helpful when it came to finding directions and travel plans, although some encounters left something to be desired. The location was very convenient, close to the East Railway Station and perfect for accessing nearby attractions and transportation, but the surrounding area could be a bit intimidating. The dining options were average at best, with limited choices and somewhat disappointing quality. Overall, it was a decent stay with some notable drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room had great French TV and very strong WiFi, but it was tiny, the smallest room I've ever stayed in, completely different from the brochure. The view of Paris from my room through the two windows was a plus, but the rooms were small and located in an expensive area with lots of African people.
The hotel had rooms with two French doors that opened onto a large terrace, offering views of rooftops and the street. The rooms were basic but clean, with one room being significantly cleaner than the others. However, there was mold on the ceiling, giving it an old look. The service was a mix of very friendly and helpful staff, with some being unfriendly and gossiping, despite the busy kitchen not supplying croissants upon arrival. The location was convenient for travelers arriving by Eurostar, being a 10-minute walk from Gare du Nord, although not the most picturesque area. The dining options were simple, typically including croissants, bread, coffee, and tea. The facilities were not extensively elaborated upon.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, with helpful staff, but lacks proper isolation in rooms. The location is central, filled with cafes and restaurants, yet may feel intimidating to some. The dining options are average, with limited choices and additional charges. Overall, it's a good budget option for South Asian guests attending nearby events.
